We’re still feeling the energy from the online event “Collecting Tools and Best Practices for Transcultural Competence”, co-organised by intercultures España & Latam and their associated partner, the Academy for Diversity and Innovation, which took place on 17 July 2025.
This interactive workshop brought together 55 participants from different parts of the world, all committed to advancing transcultural and intercultural competence in their work, organisations, and communities. It was a joy to connect, co-create, and exchange ideas with such a vibrant, diverse group of people representing a wide range of sectors, cultures, and experiences.
Together, we explored practical tools, shared stories, and highlighted best practices that support inclusive, culturally intelligent approaches to working across differences. From frameworks to field-tested methods, the session was full of energy, insight, and mutual inspiration.
This event is part of the project to collect insights and tools from practitioners in the field of intercultural training. We believe that real-world practice holds the key to innovation and inclusive transformation and we’re thrilled to be co-creating this knowledge together.
