W świecie charakteryzującym się rosnącą różnorodnością kulturową, globalną mobilnością i polaryzacją społeczną kompetencje międzykulturowe nie są już tylko umiejętnościami miękkimi, ale stanowią niezbędny element budowania integracyjnych, odpornych i efektywnych miejsc pracy oraz społeczeństw. Jednak pomimo swojej pilnej potrzeby szkolenia międzykulturowe często pozostają fragmentaryczne, powierzchowne lub oderwane od złożoności rzeczywistego świata. ELEVATE ma to zmienić.
Finansowany przez program Erasmus+ projekt ELEVATE skupia międzynarodowe konsorcjum instytucji akademickich, dostawców szkoleń i organizacji zajmujących się innowacjami społecznymi z Hiszpanii, Francji, Niemiec, Luksemburga i Polski.
Wspólnie dążymy do redefinicji sposobu rozwijania, oceny i utrzymywania kompetencji międzykulturowych w kształceniu i szkoleniu zawodowym (VET) oraz w szerszych ekosystemach uczenia się w organizacjach.
Our Vision
What Drives Us
Intercultural competence is central to addressing today’s grand challenges—social fragmentation, discrimination, exclusion in the labor market, and unequal access to opportunity. However, the current state of intercultural training is often insufficient to meet the complexity of these issues. The field lacks shared quality benchmarks, long-term learning strategies, and alignment between academic insight and training design. ELEVATE responds to these critical needs.
We envision a Europe where intercultural competence is cultivated through deep learning processes – not isolated workshops or tick-box activities. ELEVATE promotes transformative, lifelong learning grounded in research, guided by practice, and powered by inclusive collaboration. Our approach goes beyond traditional training models to nurture empathy, cultural agility, and actionable inclusion across sectors.
Key Innovations
We are designing and delivering four interlinked results that will significantly raise the bar for intercultural training across Europe:
Research-Based Intercultural Competence Audit
An evidence-driven, user-friendly self-assessment tool that helps organizations and professionals identify strengths, gaps, and development priorities related to intercultural competence.
Self-Assessment Tool for Intercultural Competence
This tool will enable organizations to audit their intercultural competence, providing insights into areas for improvement.
AI-Assisted WebApp for Personalized Learning
A cutting-edge digital platform that offers individualized learning paths using AI technology. It adapts to each learner’s pace, preferences, and progress, providing real-time feedback, habit tracking, and metacognitive prompts—turning learning into a transformative journey.
Comprehensive Training Handbook
A practice-oriented manual for trainers, facilitators, HR professionals, and educators that includes frameworks, exercises, best practices, and methodologies for delivering meaningful intercultural competence development in diverse contexts.
